Girl In A Coma Selected As Morrissey Opener

The ladies from San Antonio, TX-based Girl In A Coma have been added as the opening act
for Morrissey's winter UK tour. Earlier this fall the legendary
frontman picked them to open several dates on his US fall tour.
Nina, older sister Phanie Diaz and Phanie's longtime best friend Jenn Alva formed Girl In A
Coma in 2001. Their touring, besides hundreds of their own headlining shows, has included
the Warped Tour and dates with Frank Black, The Pogues, Social Distortion and The
Toadies.
