LIFTED is one busy band! Their press kit comes complete
with a line up of all past shows for 2005 and present shows
for 2006. They are always gigging! I find their dedication
rare and impressive. I have no doubt that they would be an
amazing band to see live from the sounds of their 2006
release, The Vacant Stare. Proving themselves
through hard work and dedication, their passion is quite
obvious in what they do.
On listening to The Vacant Stare, LIFTED have
some obvious strong influences, yet still manage originality,
employing female backup vocals - and get this, the whole
band is related. Dan, Brenda and Dustin Bennett combine to
form a rock band that I can imagine streaming from your
radio. They have a resemblance to Killswitch Engage with
breakdowns and bold sounds akin to Breaking
Benjamin.
With LIFTED's passion and dedication to performance and
perfection, expect to hear them playing in your town and on
your radio sooner than later, and you'll be able to say you
heard of them first! |
